Location is perfect for easy access to Bayside Marketplace. Elevators took forever, making it frustrating during peak hours. Happy hour specials were nice touch after a long day. The room was clean but small, and the bathroom was cramped.

Filthy carpets, dusty air conditioning, and dirty socks in the sheets made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom felt like a closet, and the room was smaller than expected. Positive aspects? The location was prime, just a short walk to the lively Bay Side Marketplace and a quick ride to the port. Staff friendliness was hit or miss, with communication issues. Elevators were painfully slow and overcrowded, adding to the chaos. For the price, I wanted a clean, comfortable stay but ended up stressed and disappointed. Would not recommend for a relaxing getaway.

The room was spacious, allowing for ample luggage but lacked dedicated storage. It was very clean with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. I loved the stunning view of the cruise ships right outside the window. Unfortunately, the temperature control was inconsistent; the A/C would cut off periodically, requiring several calls to the front desk. Some noise could be heard from the street, which disrupted the ambience at times. the room's cleanliness and comfort were definite positives, but improvements in air quality control would enhance the experience significantly.

The property is truly a gem with easy access to all of Miami's top spots, just a short walk away from the lively Bayside Marketplace and less than a mile from the Port of Miami, making it super convenient for cruise-goers and city explorers alike, plus there's a variety of dining options right nearby that we loved trying out; the hotel itself offers comfortable rooms and amenities, but some areas could use a little updating to enhance the overall experience.

The staff made me feel like family; Claudia at reception was a gem! The location is perfect, just steps from the water and easy access to public transport. My room had an incredible view and the comfortable bed ensured I had sweet dreams!

Excellent location. Conveniently close to attractions and the port—ideal for cruise travelers. Complimentary cocktails were a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed a great view from the room. The staff were uniformly helpful and polite, which greatly enhanced our experience. the rooms are on the smaller side. One room had cleanliness issues that needed addressing. The elevators struggled to keep up during peak times, often resulting in long waits. Limited vegan options at the restaurant and slow bar service. Despite these drawbacks, the positive interactions with the staff and the prime location make this a place worth considering, especially for those planning to embark on a cruise. Would return, but with tempered expectations.

The elevator situation was a nightmare. We waited ages during checkout, and my husband had to take the stairs with our heavy luggage! It felt chaotic with all the cruise guests trying to leave at once. Just frustrating!

One of the highlights for us was the friendly and helpful staff. They made the check-in process seamless and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. The room rate was also quite fair, especially considering the central location of the hotel. there were some aspects of our stay that were not as enjoyable. The elevator was painfully slow, resulting in long wait times, especially during peak hours. This made it quite challenging, especially when we were departing with luggage. the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. There were instances of unpleasant smells in the restrooms and issues with charging for the room multiple times. These factors detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel's location was great, situated near bustling markets, a 24-hour convenience store, and a delightful Cuban eatery around the corner. It made exploring the nearby Bayfront Park with its abundance of entertainment options very convenient. the security presence in the area was reassuring for city goers like me who appreciate a safe environment to stay in.
Some downsides included the small rooms with outdated features, such as poor insulation leading to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The cleanliness standards were not consistent, with reports of hair in the bathtub and a malfunctioning shower handle.

I felt like a VIP exploring Miami's art and architecture. The drinks were strong enough to make up for the slow elevator. My room had a great view, and the bar/restaurant was convenient.

We enjoyed a family-friendly atmosphere close to Miami Arena for exciting games and Bayfront Park for cultural events. The proximity to Palm Court meant we could join live concerts and fun art tours. catching the Metromover train made getting around a breeze, perfect for a family getaway.
In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly activities would enhance the overall experience.

The view of the bay was so epic, and the location was bomb - right near the Bayside Marketplace. We had a blast at the Miami Arena seeing top concerts and sports games. Plus, the Metromover train made it super easy to get around for all our wild adventures!
Wish the hotel had a cool rooftop pool party scene to keep the energy going after the concerts! .

we had a fantastic experience at Yve Hotel. the location is unbeatable, right across from the lively bayside market with plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff, especially Stephanie Compare, went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay much less stressful. the room was clean and bright, and we enjoyed a phenomenal bay view. the hotel's proximity to the free metromover and City Tour Bus stop made it easy to explore the city. the friendly and helpful staff, including Freddy, Yadira, and Carlos, provided us with valuable information and top-notch service. we will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to everyone.
